The Early Bird Catches the Miracle…

By

There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle – Albert Einstein.

I have used that quote on this blog before… and I dare say I will use it again in the future.  Albert Einstein is by far one of my favourite people to quote.   And for those who haven’t already guessed it.. I fall into the second category of people in Albert’s quote.

Another favourite of mine, and I have no idea who said it is… “If you don’t believe in miracles, maybe you have forgotten that you are one!”

It’s all too easy to forget what an incredible miracle all of life is.  Any scientist will tell you that the odds of life evolving at all, let alone in such incredible splendour and diversity, are astronomical.

I have personally used nature as a constant reminder of just how miraculous life indeed is.

Whenever I look at the intricacies of a flower, or a tree bursting to life again after a long winter, I know that there are greater forces at work.  And yes, I know that these things could be explained to me scientifically, however Einstein was the greatest scientist of our time, and even he knew a miracle when he saw one.
